Rate fine print
- Rates are for up to 4 people per site, maximum of 6 people per site.
- Additional people $5.00 each.
- Weekly rate: 7th day free. The weekly discount does not apply during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, to our Camper Cabins and to our Retro Trailer.
- No group reservations.
- Plus sales tax. Prices subject to change without notice.
At the owners’ discretion tents may be put on certain RV sites for a $25 fee. Not all sites are appropriate for tents, so these need prior approval.

Booking, cancellations & house rules
We have a very short camping season, and it is for this reason that we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you think you may not be able to come during your reserved period, we would recommend considering travel insurance.
Deposits
- Reservations of 1–7 nights: a one night, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Reservations of 8 nights or more, and all reservations that fall within the Sturgis Rally dates regardless of length: a two night, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
- You will be charged in full the day that your reservation becomes due. If you wish to use a different method of payment, we must be notified before the charges are processed.
Cancellations
- Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day reservations: we must be notified 30 days prior to arrival.
- Sturgis reservations: we must be notified by April 1st.
- All other reservations: at least 10 days prior to arrival.
- All cancellations must be received in writing, via email, sent to bigpine@gwtc.net. A reservation is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation from us.
- All no shows will be charged in full. There are no refunds for early departures.
Pets
- Pets must be controlled and on a leash at all times. Make sure your neighbors are not disturbed by your pets.
- You must clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Pets are not allowed in the camper cabins or the Retro Trailer.
Good to know
- Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM — but please be respectful of your fellow campers all the time.
- No television service is provided. Satellite & WiFi TV is possible in some campsites.
- Arriving after 6 PM (MDT)? Please call ahead so we can make arrangements for a late arrival. No after hours check in without a reservation.
- At the owners' discretion tents may be put on certain RV sites for a $25 fee. Not all sites are appropriate for tents, so these need prior approval.
- Any additional trailers or dollies not declared at the time of booking will be stored elsewhere in the campground pending availability, at a cost of $15, or at a local storage facility. They cannot be stored on the grass between sites.
- There is a 2 night minimum for the Retro Trailer.
- No smoking and no pets in the Retro Trailer, the cabins and all public buildings.
